  AVOID At All Costs!!!!!
  They are just the Absolutely Worst People to deal with, If I could give them negative -5 Stars I would. In summary without any prior approval or agreement this company extended a business contract with 5 months still remaining for a further 24, making a total of 29months!
  
  Then to make matters worse despite all our requests via email and over the phone throughout the last 6 months! They are seemingly incapable of cancelling the contract extension and resolving the issue that they have created themselves.
  
  They have been reported to fraud department within EE and now we are escalating to Carphone Warehouse directly, as they are still avoiding our calls, ignoring emails and lying about providing a resolution.
  
  The particularly inept persons responsible for this mess are Steve Lees and the company Director Lee Guttridge.
  
  If you value any level of customer service I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere.
