  Worst customer service ever, very poor response to calls, ineffective pre and post sale preparation.
  
  Reserved car via ‘move it’ on 13th April, after chasing up 3 times was told 10 days later the car was not available to purchase, apparently a customer lease car but still on website for sale, very misleading. However I was told I would be given priority for ‘move it’ if I chose another car, which I did.
  
  Numerous phone calls later and a call to their central complaints centre I finally had a test drive on 5th May !! Car was not ready, not cleaned, and the Evans Halshaw online part exchange price was not honoured, reduced by £500 ???
  
  4 hours later after losing the will to live I reluctantly purchased the car, left with NO wheel locks, user manual, warranty details or service history ....... and cleaned but not valeted.
  
  Following numerous phone calls, not responded to, I’ve finally, after 2 weeks, now got wheel lock, service booklet and car manual. Would never use this garage again, pre and after sales service is inefficient and very dismissive.
